GOBT was born out of years of collaborative brainstorming about how to improve the viability of trucking companies in a market constantly challenged to balance rising fuel and maintenance costs with employee retention.

GOBT Founders, Mihnea Buzoianu and Valentin Petca, merge their respective business and mechanical engineering backgrounds to create an elite trucking company known for its reliability and investment in its employees. Mihnea and Valentin believe everyone benefits when the focus is on maintaining employee safety and job satisfaction.

Mihnea Buzoianu serves as the Operations Manager of GOBT. Mihnea holds a Faculty (Bachelor’s) of Commerce and a Master’s in Business Administration, both from Academy of Economics Studies Bucharest. He has worked in the banking industry and held Operations Management positions in the trucking industry.

Valentin Petca serves as the Fleet Manager GOBT. Valentine’s years of experience as a truck driver and education in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Transylvania in Brasov, Romania, allow him to not only fully understand the needs of GOBT’s drivers but also to comprehensively respond to any mechanical concerns in the company fleet.
